What is change management training?

Change management training empowers individuals and organisations on how to effectively define, plan, lead, and sustain change initiatives.

Why should individuals and organizations invest in change management training?

A 2004 survey by Price Waterhouse Coopers concluded:

…The majority of the best performing and most mature organisations always or frequently apply change management to their projects.”

As the rate of change in business continues to accelerate, the ability to change quickly and effectively with committed and capable people is a critical strategic advantage.  An organization with organizational change management training will have empowered people who are skilled to assess the impacts of change, and able to plan and implement change effectively.  An organization that is then able to quickly adapt to external factors and continuously improve.

Whether your leading a change team or a key contributor to a change initiative, the Leading Change Foundations course is designed for both beginners and experienced professionals.  With a blend of introductory content and exercises to build real-world experience for complex change initiatives, this program is designed for participants of all experience levels.

Why is change management training important?

Change management training develops individual knowledge and skills supporting an uplift of corporate capability to effectively plan, lead, and sustain change initiatives. Change management training addresses these attributes and can improve the success rates of local, transitional and transformational change initiatives.
