Both the Foundation and Practitioner exams are completed online. The candidate selects from available dates and times to take the exam.
Exams are taken online from candidate’s own location using a webcam exam proctor, where an invigilator will be observing them take the exam.

How do I order my exams?
When you have completed your online training and are ready to complete your pre-purchased exam contact our Admin Team who will assist you with the ordering your exam.
How long is my access for?
You will have 9 months access to our MSP online training program. Exams must also be taken within the license period.
When do I get access?
Within 24 hours of receiving payment, you will receive access to our MSP online training program.
What’s included in my online training package?
The Practitioner exam is an open-book exam and the official reference guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam.
