You receive with this e-learning package:
Your Change Management Foundation and/or Practitioner exam is taken online from the comfort of your own location at a time selected by you. An exam invigilator will be monitoring you take the exam over webcam. Microphone is also requried and photo ID needs to be shown at the start of exam for verification purposes. Exams must be taken within the 9 month license period.

How do I complete the exams?
Exams can be completed online from the comfort of your location, home or office, at a convenient time, selected by you. You will require your own webcam and microphone as an exam invigilator will be monitoring you take the exam. A photo ID is required at the start of exam for verification.
How do I order my exams?
When you are ready for your exam, contact your course administrator who will order you an exam voucher for booking your exam.
How long is my e-learning access for?
9 months from purchase date. Exams must also be taken within the license period.
